I have purchased 2 GB MP4 Player 1.5 LCD Screen LCD new Metal 3rd Generation from Rediff shopping and Vender name is OJJAS ENTERPRISES. I have paid INR 1349/- by credit card .We found iPod was defective and it is not worthy. I have mailed the problem to Reddiff customer support and Ojjas Enterprises Customer support but we didn’t receive any feedback from them. I recently purchase a mobile from rediff online shopping from ‘Ojjas Enterprises’ vendor.
My order details are

I received my order but product was old. Product already having contact numbers that mean product is old.
I called in rediff customer care one of executive said I cannot help you at any level & suggested to write an email to customer care they will help you. That is fine at this level.

I written an email & I got response from customer care after three or four days.

Main demerit of rediff customer care center:
He never responds with your actual subject line, they always write an email with new subject or totally different. By this way you will be out of actual matter that is REDIFF CUSTOMER CARE MAIN CONCERN.

Hello sir,Today I received this product “Rocker Shine Tv Mode Dual Sim Mobile” that I ordered online from rediff shopping.Here are product details:

Condition:

When I received this product pack was loose but packed & mobile look like ok.
I tried to “ON” mobile but not “ON” I thought may be battery is not charged.
I open charger & plugged for battery charging, after almost two hours when I try to “ON” again mobile but still not “ON” my mobile.
Please suggest what should I do?

HOW TO “ON” this mobile?
if not ‘ON’ then How to get another working mobile.

How are talking about disappointed, I 100% fed up by rediff customer care even they are not able to guide exactly would be. Rediff telephonic customer care and emailing customer care are useless for customer point of view.

I get old product & I called immediately rediff customer care but they are not able to guide us. Not sure I called more than 12 times & written lots of email but I do not get any email response exactly what I requested. I always got new email that is not fine to know the our issues answer.

I got one contact number inside new mobile set that received when I talked that person & knew the history of that defective product (name is Nazeer Ahmed), please look into your order history you definitely find this person name. this mobile already returned then how your vendor are sent that defective product me while they already know the product status are defective. Can you think at this level. I find lot of issues with Ojjas enterprises product over net with different portal like timesofindia, rediff etc.

This is our global war against portal due to not supporting customer against online selling product VENDOR.

My thought is if any vendor can sell their product online then why I can not get the popularity through my portal www.netgupshup.com in future will be live to save like me other customer see first where to go purchase online of which vendor would bo good or which vendor is cheater. this is my next priority. I thanks rediff & ojjas due these guys I got this idea.

What you have to take the step for our product that I do not know but what I have to do I know the better.

Any way I’m waiting your currier partner to meet me.
